Dr. Fiona Withey has been appointed chief executive officer of Biotec Services International (BSI). Dr. Withey will be responsible for initiating Biotec’s international development plan, which includes expanding its U.S. operation, continuing to develop its client base internationally, and to build on its position in the temperature controlled pharmaceutical services sector.
